The pool is great, the breakfast is a lot of choice for English standards, the beds are very comfortable
We had asked 3 times for toilet paper, nobody came. The rooms are very well-listened, so that you could hear your neighbour, no shower cap in the bathroom. Unfortunately also no refrigerator or minibar, very sad

The breakfast was very good. The hotel is very central and you can walk to the main pedestrian area from where you can reach the pubs and restaurants in 5 minutes. There is a parking garage under the hotel where you can park your car for a good price if you have one.

The deluxe room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was SUPER! Large selection and very fine. The staff always very friendly.
In the bathroom the toilet paper holder was loose and in the shower the warm/cold lever was defective. In spite of the large wellness shower, a little bit less water came out.

Good location. Very good equipment of the rooms. Gym and swimming pool. Rich breakfast buffet.

The location was fairly central and the car parking was good for a city centre hotel. The gym and spa were also better than average.
The hotel is looking rather tired with worn carpets etc. Needs some tlc. There is an events suite which has bands/parties at the weekend. These can be very noisy, even in rooms on the higher floors.

Close to the city centre, breakfast is delicious, friendly staff, super gym
Room doors slam shut loudly and this can be heard in the rooms, especially badly if you want to sleep.

Really comfortable, lovely room, staff were excellent, room was quiet, location couldn't really have been better.
Breakfast was wayyyy too expensive at £13! (especially given that there's a £5 tray charge to have it in your room).
